Naturalink Co., Ltd. ("Naturalink", "we", "us") operates supplement, health food and cosmetic OEM / ODM manufacturing and export from Fukuoka, Japan. Information you give us. Your name, company name, job title, country, email address, telephone number, messaging IDs (such as WhatsApp or Messenger), and the content of the enquiry or specification you send us.

Information collected automatically. IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view and the time spent on them.

Information from third parties. Where you reach us through a messaging platform or a trade introduction, we receive the contact details that platform or introducer shares with us.

3. How we use your information

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and samples, and manage OEM / ODM projects.

To perform a contract with you, including manufacturing, documentation and export operations.

To comply with legal obligations, including export control, customs and food-labelling rules.

To improve this website and understand which content is useful to prospective customers.

To send business communications where you have asked for them or where we have a legitimate interest in contacting you as a business counterparty.

We share it only with: contracted manufacturing plants and laboratories engaged on your project; logistics providers, customs brokers and certification bodies as needed to fulfil an order; professional advisers; and public authorities where the law requires it. Each recipient is bound to use the information only for the purpose we disclose it.

We are established in Japan, and information you send us is processed in Japan. Japan has been recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Where information is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain the business relationship, and project and export records for the period required by Japanese commercial, tax and food-safety law. When information is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.
