Many Japanese manufacturing plants only produce to a specification and do not export. Naturalink undertakes every process — product planning, development, manufacturing and the export operation — so a single Japanese partner carries your product from the first consultation to the shipping documents.
One-stop OEM, manufacturing through export
Product planning, development, manufacturing and export operations are all undertaken by us. You are not left to arrange the shipping leg with a separate trading company.
Raw material and bulk shipping
We supply finished products, and also manufacture and export in bulk — grains and capsules. We advise on exporting Japanese raw materials such as green tea, natto, apolactoferrin, fucoidan and umibudou powder.
Natural and organic materials
We source natural and organic materials raised without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, in Japan and worldwide — alongside high-functionality materials whose safety is established by advanced research.

GMP Certified Factory
Process ControlGood Manufacturing Practice governs how a plant runs its process: documented procedures, controlled hygiene and equipment, and records kept for every production lot. Where your product calls for it, we place it with a GMP certified contracted factory.
Organic JAS Certified Factory
Organic IntegrityThe Japanese Agricultural Standard is Japan's national organic certification, granted to processing plants by a registered certifying body. It is what allows organic materials — including Japanese organic green tea and matcha — to be handled and declared as organic.
HACCP Factory
Hazard PreventionHazard Analysis and Critical Control Point is the internationally recognised food safety framework: biological, chemical and physical hazards identified, monitored at defined control points and recorded across the line.

Developing a product in Japan?
Here are three questions we often receive from overseas clients.
Q1. Can I supply my own ingredients to a Japanese OEM factory?
In many cases, Japanese OEM manufacturers do not directly import customer-supplied ingredients from overseas.
If your requested ingredient is not already available in Japan, we can explore several routes: sourcing it domestically, coordinating an appropriate import route, or finding a suitable alternative.
Naturalink connects ingredient sourcing with OEM manufacturing, so you don’t have to solve these issues separately.

Q2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no single MOQ for Japanese OEM manufacturing.
The minimum quantity depends on several factors, including the product type, dosage form, ingredients, manufacturing batch size, and packaging specifications.
In some cases, the MOQ for custom packaging may even be higher than the manufacturing MOQ.
If you are planning a small initial launch, Naturalink can explore options such as standard packaging with labels, alternative specifications, different manufacturing partners, or ingredient adjustments.

Q3. How long does OEM development take in Japan?
The timeline depends on the product, formulation, prototype process, packaging, and ingredient availability.
As a general guideline, approximately two months may be required for an initial production order once the product specifications are sufficiently defined, although more complex projects can take longer.
